• About My Practice
  • Release of Records

Any adult over age 18 and parents or guardians of minor children can consent to a release of their records. In general, I must release a client’s records upon written request, except when doing so would harm the patient’s physical, mental, or emotional health. Court reports cannot be release to clients, but must be sent to the courts.

Raw psychological data cannot be released unless it goes to another psychologist who will protect the integrity of the data.

If you have any questions about this, please bring it to my attention. Records are released within 15 business days of a request.
